Your photo is decoded, edited, and exported locally in your browser. Old Photo Filter does not upload the photo you edit. Optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only if you choose “Allow analytics.”

Photo processing

JPG, PNG, and WebP files you open are processed with browser Canvas technology on your device. We do not send the image, filename, object URL, clipboard content, or exported result to our servers. Clearing the editor, refreshing the page, or leaving the page removes the in-memory working copy.

Optional analytics and session playback

If you give permission, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These services load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Rejecting analytics, or leaving the choice unset, does not load either script.

Google Analytics 4 may collect page views, selected product events such as photo load, preset selection, and download, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and performance or diagnostic data. It does not receive the photo you edit, filenames, local file paths, object URLs, clipboard content, or account identifiers.

Microsoft Clarity may collect page views, clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, performance and diagnostic events, and a playback representation of page interactions.

The upload and editing interface is marked with Clarity's explicit masking attribute so its contents, including the photo shown in the editor, are not sent as recording content. We also avoid sending filenames, photo data, clipboard data, or custom account identifiers as analytics events.

Cookies and local storage

We store your analytics choice in local storage under opf_analytics_consent_v1. This is necessary to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics.

When you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 may use analytics identifiers and cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and sessions. Microsoft Clarity may use analytics identifiers and cookies such as _clck and _clsk to connect page views and sessions. Advertising storage is denied by our consent signal. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics and Clarity scripts are not loaded. If you later withdraw permission, we send a Clarity denial signal, request cookie removal, and reload the page without analytics scripts.

Your choices

You may reject optional analytics without losing access to the editor. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of this page or the main page to allow or withdraw permission at any time. You can also clear this site's stored data using your browser settings.

Service provider and retention

Google operates Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft operates Clarity as our analytics service providers. Each handles analytics data under its own privacy terms. Clarity recordings are generally available to site owners for up to 30 days. Changes and contact

We may update this notice when the site or its service providers change. Before public launch, replace this paragraph with the business or site owner's privacy contact email and, where applicable, legal identity and mailing address.
